Individual therapy for anxiety, trauma, and life transitions in San Diego
Therapy looks different for everyone. Some of my clients are new to the process and unsure of what to expect. Others have been before and want something more targeted. What they share is a desire to feel less stuck — and to build a life that feels more aligned, balanced, and meaningful.I use evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to treat a range of issues, including anxiety, trauma, and depression. Many of my clients benefit from short-term therapy. This isn’t because the process is rushed but because the right tools, used well, can create meaningful change. We'll work together to identify what matters most and take practical steps toward long-term progress.
